Wah Fung's labels are produced at five sites. The original plant is situated in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. There are two plants in Kwai Chung, a fifteen minutes' drive from Kwun Tong. In addition, the company has also acquired three other plants in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzen since the 1980s.

There is close connection between the five sites. Communication is unhindered by distance. The company has embraced such high technologies as the Internet and a network system to shorten the geographical distance and bring the five sites together.
